The Macallan Edition No.2 (2016)
Developed in collaboration with the Roca brothers of El Celler de Can Roca (voted “World’s Best Restaurant”), No.2 combines European and American oak casks to reflect both Spanish and Scotch heritage.
Nose: Warm oak, dried fruits, vanilla, and treacle with hints of ginger.
Palate: Rich and spicy, with notes of chocolate, figs, and clove balanced by citrus zest.
Finish: Lingering dried fruits, spice, and toasted oak.
