This is a limited-edition Single Cask expression for the brand's 125th anniversary - specially selected by the Tamdhu ‘Dedication Society’. 
Following a comprehensive tasting with input from Dedication Society Members and Tamdhu's Distillery Manager, Sandy McIntyre, Single Cask No: 5982 was chosen - a first fill European Oak Sherry Butt aged 18 years before being bottled outturn of 640 bottles.
Distilled on the 21st of November 2003, the Dedication Society Single Cask has notes of warm vanilla on the nose, accompanied by stewed apples, treacle glaze, liquorice, and waves of sherry.
On the palate, expect a full and balanced mouthful of spiced fruit loaf, plum jam, and perfectly balanced dark chocolate. The whisky delivers a warm and lingering finish with dried fruits and soft spice and - of course - unmistakable sherry notes.
